Our production hall is organised around modular assembly cells, each dedicated to a specific machine category. Frame welding, precision machining, electrical assembly, and final commissioning occur in sequence under a single roof — eliminating supply-chain timing risks that delay competitor deliveries.
Every machine receives a 72-hour pre-shipment run-in test under simulated production load. Cold-foil units run real foil rolls. Lamination machines run live cardboard. Window-patching machines run blank-and-film cycles. The result: when the crate opens in Khimki or São Paulo, our engineers commission the machine — they don’t troubleshoot it.

Installation by SAGLIN engineers with HD RUS local support. 5-day Russian-language operator training included. 12-month warranty from acceptance.
