The SAGLIN-RZFD-T series is the twisted-rope handle workhorse of the SAGLIN paper bag range — seven configurations covering the full retail shopping bag spectrum, from the compact RZFD-190 for small premium carriers to the wide-format RZFD-550N for large branded and gift bags. Twisted-rope handle is the premium retail standard: strong load capacity and a recognisable mid-to-high-end look.

The series splits into two families. The standard models (RZFD-190 / 250 / 330 / 450A) cover plain twisted-rope shopping bags, with the RZFD-190 reaching up to 200 bags/min on compact formats. The printing-ready N models (RZFD-400N / 450N / 550N) add an optional inline 2-color or 4-color flexographic printing unit, producing branded retail bags directly from the kraft roll for cosmetics, apparel, and premium gift accounts.
Every RZFD-T machine ships with electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian market (380V / 50Hz, EAC support). Installation, commissioning, and operator training are handled by our partner HD RUS LLC in the Moscow region.

The RZFD-190 reaches the 200 bags/min peak on the most compact formats; the 250 and 330 run up to 180 bags/min. Wider configurations run lower — 450A and 450N at 120 bags/min, 400N at 130 bags/min, 550N at 110 bags/min. The N models (400N / 450N / 550N) are printing-ready and accept an optional inline flexographic printing unit; their larger footprint and Φ1500 mm roll capacity reflect the wider, heavier-paper formats.
