The SAGLIN-DX-1450 is a fully automatic high-speed flute laminator designed for converting printed top sheets onto single-flute (A–N) and multi-ply (3–7) corrugated boards or grey paperboard above 300 gsm. It operates as a stand-alone unit or as the core station of a complete corrugated box production line, paired with our SAGLIN-DX-FZ1450 automatic flip-flop stacker.

What sets the SAGLIN-DX-1450 apart is the combination of dual-servo bottom-sheet feeding with multi-sensor registration control. This means a single operator can run the line all day without touching the alignment — a critical advantage for factories scaling beyond two shifts.
The machine ships with all electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian and CIS markets (380V / 50Hz, EAC certification support), and can be installed and commissioned by our partner HD RUS LLC in Moscow within 14 days of arrival on site.

Lamination tolerance and effective speed depend on board quality, pre-cut precision, and operator experience. At a stable feed of 12,000 sheets/h with calibrated paper, accuracy below 1.0 mm is repeatedly achievable. Specifications subject to change without notice as part of continuous improvement.

Servo-Controlled Offset Feeder
Shaftless servo drive handles 120–600 gsm without setup change. Pre-loading device standard. Over-lapping feed ensures smooth running of low-gsm stocks.
Dual-Servo Bottom Feeder
Two servo motors — one for accurate feeding timing, one for intermittent suction control. Big air blower with separate belt holders runs 2–5 ply and cardboard without belt vibration.
Precision Gluing Section
Knurled stainless steel coating roller assures even glue distribution. Three sensors auto-control glue level. Copper side stoppers prevent overflow at high speed and enable glue re-circulation.
Multi-Sensor Registration
Multiple sensors monitor bottom-sheet feeding position. Two upper servo motors synchronously adjust top-sheet timing for accurate register at any production speed.
Maintenance-Free Transmission
Multi-power gear-and-belt distribution: low noise, high efficiency, no manual lubrication on main shafts. Main gluing-roller gears sourced from a Taiwan supplier for long service life.
Automatic Grease Lubrication
DALOMA centralised lubrication system feeds all critical bearings on a programmed cycle. No manual greasing during shifts — a major reliability gain for two-shift operations.
Press Conveyor for Bonding
Standard press conveyor collects laminated sheets for perfect bonding under controlled pressure. Conveyor speed adjustable to track machine speed, single-motor drive.
PLC Touch-Screen HMI
Man-machine interface with PLC control, warning indicators, automatic monitoring, irregularity detection, job memory and one-key test run. The HMI boots with the SAGLIN logo by default.
