3 SUB-SERIES · 7 CONFIGURATIONS
Window Patching
Machines
From premium V-cut 3D windows to high-speed flat patching and hybrid flat + V-cut platforms. Seven configurations covering the full window-patched carton market — cosmetic, fragrance, tissue box, gift box, and luxury packaging.
Choose by the windows you need to produce.
Three dedicated sub-series for the three structurally different window patching markets. The VCUT is the premium-carton flagship — choose it for cosmetic, fragrance, and luxury gift work. The TC-H is the volume choice for tissue box and high-speed flat patching. The TC is the hybrid platform for converters serving both markets without justifying two machines.
V-cut 3D Window Patching
Dedicated V-cut machine for premium carton work — cosmetic, fragrance, and luxury gift packaging. 3D folded windows command 30–50% higher margins than flat-patched cartons.
High-Speed Flat Patching
Pure high-speed flat window patching — 18,000 sheets/h on standard formats. The volume choice for tissue box, cosmetic flat-window, and standard retail carton converters with throughput requirements.
Hybrid Flat + V-cut
Flat patching and V-cut on a single platform. The capital-efficient choice for converters serving both commodity and premium carton segments without justifying two separate machines.
Which sub-series fits your factory?
Three structurally different windows = three structurally different machines. Choose by your dominant carton output — not by which is most advanced. The wrong specification is more expensive than the right one even when the right one costs more upfront.
Cosmetic, Fragrance, Luxury Gift
You serve premium carton accounts where the window is the brand statement. V-cut creates the folded 3D window that flat patching cannot — this is the format global cosmetic and fragrance brands specify almost exclusively.
Tissue Box, Standard Cosmetic Flat-Window
You serve high-volume tissue box, food packaging, or standard cosmetic flat-window accounts. The TC-H delivers 18,000 sheets/h on standard formats — the volume throughput required for commodity flat-patching work.
Mixed Production, Both Markets
You serve a mixed customer base — some flat-window commodity work, some premium V-cut accounts — but cannot justify two separate machines. The TC combines both processes on one platform with roughly 40% capex saving versus running VCUT + TC-H separately.
Built with global-brand components.
All three sub-series share the same component baseline — production-grade components selected for precision and longevity. No compromise on the entry models to lower the price point.
