One Screen Press.
Three Finishing Lines.
Built on the SAGLIN-GST-1060 stop-cylinder screen press, our finishing lines add cold foil stamping, hologram cast & cure transfer, and spot UV coating inline — engineered for premium packaging at industrial speeds.

Local installation, EAC certification support, operator training in Russian, and aftersales service across the Russian Federation and CIS — handled by HD RUS LLC (Khimki, Moscow region).
Screen press first. Finishing inline.
Every SAGLIN finishing line starts with the same foundation: the SAGLIN-GST-1060 full-automatic stop-cylinder screen press. Stop-cylinder technology delivers the registration accuracy (≤0.1 mm) and consistency that premium decoration demands, at speeds up to 4,000 sheets per hour. From that base, you splice on the finishing unit your packaging mix requires.
“The screen press is the platform. Cold foil, hologram, and spot UV are modular units that bolt onto it — start with one process, add the others as your business grows.”
Three configurations cover the premium packaging spectrum. The cold foil line is the volume workhorse for metallic decoration. Add a hologram cast & cure unit for anti-counterfeit security. Or run a dedicated spot UV coating line for high-gloss and textured varnish effects. All three share the same screen-press base, the same modular splicing design, and the same global-brand component standard.
Every line ships with electrical and pneumatic specifications adapted for the Russian and CIS markets (380V / 50Hz, EAC support), and is installed and commissioned by our partner HD RUS LLC in the Moscow region.
Why converters choose SAGLIN lines
- Stop-cylinder screen press base — ≤0.1 mm registration, up to 4,000 sheets/h
- Modular splicing — start with one process, add others later
- Cold foil at 2,500 sheets/h; spot UV and hologram up to 4,000 sheets/h
- No engraved dies — artwork changes use screens and plates only
- Cold-air paper receiving prevents post-cure deformation
- Connects to offset, gravure, and UV varnishing presses
Three lines, one platform.
One flagship cold foil line plus two optional configurations — all built on the SAGLIN-GST-1060 stop-cylinder screen press.
Screen Cold Foil Stamping Line
The volume route to metallic decoration. Stop-cylinder screen printing plus inline cold foil stamping and spot UV varnishing — cold foil transferred through UV-curable adhesive at room temperature, no engraved dies, no heat management.
- Cold foil stamping
- Spot UV varnishing
- 4,000 sheets/h (UV)
- 2,500 sheets/h (cold foil)
- UV lamp 8 kW × 3
- Total power ≈ 75 kW
Screen Cold Foil & Hologram Transfer Line
All three premium decorations on one line. Adds hologram cast & cure transfer to the cold foil platform — the tear-and-no-film characteristic that cannot be replicated by composite lamination. Built for anti-counterfeit tobacco, alcohol, and pharmaceutical packaging.
- Cold foil stamping
- Hologram cast & cure
- Spot UV varnishing
- UV lamp 8 kW × 5
- 4,000 / 2,500 sheets/h
- Total power ≈ 94 kW
Screen Spot UV Coating Line
A dedicated high-gloss and textured varnish line. Stop-cylinder screen coating with a UV/IR curing tunnel — 1,100 mm effective curing width, conveyor speed up to 50 m/min, with a dedicated wrinkle-effect lamp set for tactile matte-on-gloss finishes.
- Spot UV coating
- Wrinkle / texture effect
- UV lamp 10 kW × 3
- Curing width 1,100 mm
- Conveyor 0–50 m/min
- Total power ≈ 40 kW
Match the line to your packaging.
Each line shares the SAGLIN-GST-1060 screen press base. The difference is the finishing unit you splice onto it.
Screen Cold Foil Stamping Line
The volume workhorse. Metallic cold-foil decoration plus spot UV gloss on a single screen-press line — without engraved dies.
Cold Foil & Hologram Transfer Line
Adds hologram cast & cure transfer for anti-counterfeit security. Three premium decorations on one inline pass.
Screen Spot UV Coating Line
A dedicated varnish line for high-gloss, spot-gloss, and tactile wrinkle-texture effects, with a wide UV/IR curing tunnel.
Key advantages versus hot stamping.
Energy Savings
Room-temperature UV adhesive curing vs. heated stamping dies
Engraved Dies
Artwork changes use screens and plates only — instant turnaround

Where SAGLIN lines perform.
Engineered for premium packaging segments where decoration drives shelf appeal and where anti-counterfeit features are commercially required.
Cigarette & Wine Cartons
Hologram anti-counterfeit on cigarette packs, metallic cold-foil decoration on wine and spirits cartons. The hologram line runs all three processes in a single pass.
Perfume & Skincare Boxes
Cold-foil metallic effects with spot UV gloss on luxury cosmetics packaging. The cold foil line is the workhorse of premium beauty converters.
Anti-Counterfeit Medicine
Hologram transfer for tamper-evident pharmaceutical cartons. The hologram line delivers anti-counterfeit features without separate finishing steps.
Festival & Retail Packaging
Festival gift boxes, premium retail cartons, and high-gloss publication covers. The spot UV line handles textured and tactile varnish effects.
Start with one process. Add the rest.
SAGLIN finishing lines use a modular splicing design — compact structure, strong compatibility. Run a single unit today, then bolt on additional finishing modules as your packaging mix grows, without replacing the screen-press base.
Line height, conveyor speed, and electrical specification are all customisable to match your factory’s existing equipment baseline. Lines also connect to your existing presses.
- Offset printing presses (Heidelberg, KBA, Komori, Mitsubishi)
- SAGLIN-GST-1060 stop-cylinder screen press base
- Spot UV / IR varnishing & curing units
- Single-color gravure printing presses
