Three Sub-Series · One Platform

Choose by the windows you need to produce.

Three dedicated sub-series for the three structurally different window patching markets. The VCUT is the premium-carton flagship — choose it for cosmetic, fragrance, and luxury gift work. The TC-H is the volume choice for tissue box and high-speed flat patching. The TC is the hybrid platform for converters serving both markets without justifying two machines.

Component Standard

Built with global-brand components.

All three sub-series share the same component baseline — production-grade components selected for precision and longevity. No compromise on the entry models to lower the price point.

Window Patching FAQ

Common questions across the platform.

I’m new to window patching — which sub-series should I start with?
Choose by the customer base you intend to serve, not by which is most advanced. If your accounts are premium cosmetic, fragrance, or luxury gift brands, start with the VCUT series — V-cut is the format these customers specify and you cannot retrofit V-cut onto a flat patching machine. If your accounts are tissue box, food window, or standard retail, start with the TC-H series — 18,000 sheets/h matches the throughput economics of commodity flat-window work. If you don’t yet know the customer mix or you serve both, start with the TC series — the hybrid platform gives you flexibility at roughly 40% capex saving over buying both VCUT and TC-H separately.
What is the difference between V-cut and flat window patching?
Flat patching applies a flat 2D film over a window cutout — the window appears recessed inside the carton face. V-cut creates a folded 3D window where the film wraps around the window edge, projecting outward and creating dimensional depth, shadow, and shelf presence. V-cut is the format used by premium cosmetic, fragrance, and luxury gift brands precisely because it cannot be reproduced on flat patching equipment. Margins on V-cut work are typically 30–50% higher than flat patching for the same carton size.
Can I upgrade a TC-H machine to V-cut later?
No — V-cut requires a fundamentally different machine architecture, with three independent servo motors controlling film feed, V-cut die, and creasing wheel timing. The TC-H flat patching platform cannot be retrofitted with this architecture. If you anticipate any meaningful V-cut work in the next 3–5 years, specify the TC hybrid platform from the outset, or specify VCUT alongside TC-H if your premium volume justifies a dedicated line. The cost of buying the right machine the first time is significantly lower than buying a TC-H and discovering you need V-cut capability.
What is the lead time and payment structure?
Lead time: 45–60 days from receipt of 30% deposit. Payment terms: 30% T/T down payment, 70% T/T before shipment. Shipment: by vessel on pallets to St. Petersburg or Novorossiysk (typically 35–45 days transit). Warranty: 12 months from acceptance. Quote validity is 6 months from issue date. All three sub-series share the same commercial terms.
Are all machines EAC certified for the Russian market?
All SAGLIN window patching machines carry CE certification from factory. EAC certification (Russian Customs Union conformity declaration) is arranged through our partner HD RUS LLC in the Moscow region as part of the turnkey delivery package. Estimated certification lead time: 30–45 days, included in our standard project schedule. HD RUS LLC also handles installation, commissioning, and operator training in Russian.
